I work with teens and adults of all genders, sexualities, races, and ethnicities. We can go deep into the past, process the present, and manifest a future of healing.  I am ready to listen and walk alongside during your healing journey. You can expect a therapy experience with authenticity and acceptance, and one in alignment with your values.

Currently all sessions are held virtually through the platform Doxy. The client does not need to download anything. I will provide them with a link before our initial session and the client will use that link for every session. Client’s can join sessions from their phone, computer or tablet.

What to Expect...

Mental wellness is a marathon not a sprint.  We will not be able to fix everything in a couple of sessions, it will take some time.

During your first session we will go over the rules of therapy, confidentiality, what happens if we lose our internet connection, cancelation process, and how payments will be processed. We will also go over you’re your biopsychosocial ( basically some background history), and what you are looking to get from therapy. After this session the client can choose to book their next session at the end of the session, or the client can decide that they will reach out later to make there follow up appointment.

I recommend that client start off with weekly sessions, and as the clients see’s improvements they can choose to start biweekly  or monthly sessions. If a client feels like they need multiple sessions during the week, we can make that work as well.

During the second session the client and the therapist will collaborate on a treatment plan that best fits the client’s need. During the next few months the client will use their sessions to unpack their past and create the future they want.
